Contact us
Whether you're evaluating CustodyTrack for a single matter or rolling it out across an agency, we'd like to hear from you. A la carte and custom subscription plans are available.
Messages sent through the form go to the people who build and run CustodyTrack, not to a ticket queue, and we reply within one business day. The form asks for a name, an email to reply to, your organization if you have one, and the message itself; the reply comes from a person, to the address you give.
Please keep case details, evidence, and anything privileged out of the message. Nothing here is a secure channel, and no question we can usefully answer requires them.

What to write in about
One address, and what it does with each kind of message.
Plans, volume, and procurement
A la carte credits and custom subscription plans are both available. If your volume runs past the published tiers, or procurement needs an invoice and a purchase order rather than a card, say so in the message and include the rough number of forms a month you expect — that is the figure a plan gets built around.
Evaluating CustodyTrack for a matter or an agency
Questions about how sealing, transfers, signatures, and PDF exports would fit an existing evidence workflow. Naming the workflow helps: an evidence unit logging property, a lab receiving submissions, and a solo litigator preserving one phone all use the same record for very different work.
A record someone sent you
If you have received a transfer link or a form carrying a verification code and something looks wrong, write in. Checking whether the record's seal is intact needs no account and no help from us, so try the verification page first — it answers in seconds, and it answers for people with no relationship to CustodyTrack at all.
Security and vulnerability reports
Send them to the same address with "Security" at the front of the subject line. Please include the steps to reproduce and what you were able to reach, leave real case data and anyone else's evidence out of the report, and hold off on publishing details until we have replied. Reports made in good faith are welcome, including ones that turn out to be nothing.
Corrections to a guide
The guides are revised in place and keep their URLs, so a misstated rule number, holding, or standard can be fixed at the original address. Point at the sentence and we will correct it.
Press, analysts, and speaking
Interview requests, questions about how the tamper-evident record is constructed, and requests for someone to speak to a bar association or a training programme all reach the same inbox. Say what the deadline is, if there is one.
Requests to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold are handled under the privacy policy, which sets out the rights that apply and how identity is confirmed first. Questions about billing, cancellation, and refunds are answered in the terms.
Faster than waiting for us
Five questions you do not need a person for.
These are the things people write in about most, and every one of them is already answered in full. If your question is on this list, the page will be quicker and more complete than a reply.
